Our Story

Molecular gastronomy is a way of preparing and presenting food with a touch of science and art to the whole process. We have a seasonally changing menu curated by our executive chefs to make your every visit momentous.

With the idea of gastronomy, we want you to feel food with all your senses. The fusion of foods from Kerala and Bengal will be our treat for you, the best food experience you could ever have. Our catering partner, The Vegan Theory offers you a vegan menu to choose from. Walk-in with your pets also as we are pet friendly.

The traditional plus modern ambience can elevate your moods and be the perfect getaway on a busy weekday or on a weekend night. The Sizzling Coast is situated in Indiranagar, where food meets art.

In the kitchen

Our chef and owner of The Sizzling Coast, Aryan Ray has built his skills in some of the country's best-lauded restaurants. Hailing from Kochi, Kerala and being born to Bengali parents, he specializes in cuisines from both Bengal and Kerala. His love for molecular gastronomy and food aesthetics began when he was very young. At the age of 27 Aryan became the first and the youngest Indian chef to receive the Forbes Gastronomy Chef  Asia award. Aryan calls  'The Sizzling Coast' an 'experience'.
